Dignity Living LLC is developing person-centered Independent Living Services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services are designed around each consumer’s Individual Program Plan and may include instruction and support with daily living activities, household management, meal preparation, money management, health and safety, medication self-management within permitted scope, mobility and transportation training, community participation, self-advocacy, and access to community resources.

Support is intended for adults age 18 and older and would be based on each consumer’s IPP, written authorization and measurable objectives.

Service settings Consumer-led
Services are intended to be delivered primarily in consumers’ own homes and integrated community settings. The Glendale address is an administrative mailing address only—not a residential facility, program site or place where consumers receive services.
Referrals & intake
Dignity Living LLC is currently applying for Regional Center vendorization for Independent Living Services under DDS Service Code 520. Services are not currently available through Regional Center funding and will begin only after required approvals and written service authorization. Vendorization does not guarantee referrals or service availability.
